Wow! This day was so special at Valhalla! Its beautiful textures, color palette, linens and florals. But more important than all that was how powerful and palpable the love and connection was between family, Nick and Laura, and all their friends who made the trip to witness their vows in beautiful Lake Tahoe. I cannot wait to share more from this serene wedding day at Valhalla.
Nick and Laura are thoughtful, kind and wonderful listeners. They had flown in to look at Tahoe wedding venues a year back. We scheduled their engagement session at Zepher Cove. This was a great opportunity to get acquainted and talk about everything and anything. I’m not great at small talk and rather just dive into the bigger picture and really get to the core of people, so its. always fun and inspiring when couples open up. I left their session feeling so excited for their upcoming nuptials.
Laura and Nick really brought home the why weddings are so joyful and purposeful. Watching them and their families made me reflect on those I love and those I’ve lost. Their authenticity and vulnerability was such a touching thing to witness. These two are a beautiful match for each other. From the moment we arrived I was literally taken into a heartfelt teary embrace. Everyone made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Nick and Laura you really are something special.
