When it’s not being used as a wedding site, it’s a common place for hikers to stop and appreciate Mother Nature’s hard work! Because this site is located in Nevada, there are a few rules that might make it a little different than your standard Lake Tahoe wedding.
To begin with, you will need a Nevada marriage license. To obtain this, you will need to go to the county clerk’s office and complete all the paperwork. While it’s never a bad idea to plan ahead of time, there is no waiting period in Nevada, so you can obtain your license at the start of your wedding week. You will then have one year to get married before the license expires. Once you have the paperwork completed, you will be able to get married anywhere in the state, including Logan Shoals Vista Point. You will only need one witness to make things official.
